I’m an author!

So the coolest thing ever happened recently….no exaggeration at all 😉

Ever since I was reading Enid Blyton …..and writing strangely similar stories about me and my friends, I have wanted to be a writer, and to have something published and I’m finally on the road.

About a year ago I joined the Caerphilly Writers (we now have a website I set up) and we have just released our debut e book so I can now go to amazon and see my name next to the word author! That’s the coolest thing in the world ever! World domination is next! MWHAAAAAA!

Happy Mothers Day! I'm getting in a bit early because I want to spend tomorrow offline with the kids, well except for the morning where I'm running off with a friend to @healthyhighclub for an hour or so :) Then hoping to head to @ffoscaerffili and do some pottery painting with @joyhousecreations and probably nab a pizza from @estraneopizza nom nom nom, and honestly dreaming of the ice cream from @jakes_icecream_and_co they do this birthday cake one thats really really good! So sounds like a pretty good day to be me! Starting tonight withyummy dinner, then popcorn and movie cuddled up in our PJs!
So I hope all the other mammies have something nice for them planned :) have a good one wonderful people!

Wonderful fun day yesterday of enamelling workshop in the studio, I have to say we went a little off lesson plan and just had a play so she ended up with a pendant as well as an ornament. But that's the beauty of small classes! I have another private enamelling workshop booked for tomorrow and I think might see how that goes and where they want to go and change the description of the sessions a bit based on feedback. I think a chance to make an ornament and a pendant or a pair of earrings or something could be fun. I love how I learn soooo much everytime I run a workshop too! I am honestly having a blast! I'm always open to ideas so if anyone is after something that just isn't quite what I already offer, please ask, I might just not have thought of it yet!

I hope everyone has a great day, I'm hoping to fit a little Irish lesson in with the kids this evening and I think we'll watch some Siar Linn on TG4 :) My first Clocha Teanga or language stone is up on my website now finally, sorry it took me an age! I do also have the option up for you to pick your own words for your own clocha teanga and I will have some more up by the end of the week, including some en Cymraeg!
