Yoga for the Philippines

Something pretty damn amazing has been arranged for this Sunday in Cardiff!

Over the last two weeks a good chunk of the yoga teachers in Cardiff have come together to organise a day of yoga in the beautiful beautiful rooms of city hall, to raise money to help the people effected by the recent typhoon in the Philippines. And they’ve already raised £3427! With 3 days still to go!

So if you are anywhere in the South Wales area and you have any interest in yoga, or you’re just looking for something different to do with your Sunday, get yourself down there! Information can be found on the yogafever facebook page and it all kicks off at 10am with a warm up and welcome from Cath; who’s brainchild I think the whole day is, and there are workshops and classes for adults and kids all day as well as massages and stalls with local people like myself donating a portion of sales to the cause. I’ll be there all day although hopefully I will actually get to do some yoga as well as jewellery 🙂 and I’ll try get some photos on the day, but really you should get down there and see it for yourself!

PS: Don’t forget to name the bunny for a chance to win! Competition is open until Fri the 29th Nov at 5pm GMT enter here or on facebook

Oh and Happy Thanksgiving to all the Americans out there 🙂
