A White Gold Wedding Ring featuring your choice of Ash, Fern, Grape or Oak leaves in your choice of 9ct, 14ct or 18ct white gold. Each ring is made from 1mm thick solid 9/14/18ct gold making a strong, sturdy and elegant ring. My 9ct and 18ct gold are now made from 100% recycled gold. Please also note that 14ct white gold prices are available on request only as the price fluctuates so much depending on gold prices and exchange rates that I really can’t keep it updated here.
Each of these plants have a different symbolism:
The Ash tree is a symbol of strength and inter connectivity.
The Cedar tree is mentioned in the bible, associated with Mary and in many cultures is thought to symbolise healing and protection.
Ferns are a prehistoric plant which over the years have been seen as symbols of luck and protection.
Grapes and their vines are traditionally associated with fertility and abundance.
The Horse Chestnut Tree is often associated with fertility and longevity.
The Oak is a classic symbol of strength and endurance.
Each ring is made by hand by me in my studio in Caerphilly Wales, keep an eye on my social media and you might just see your ring getting made!
With all gold rings the first thing I will do is send out a ring sizer so don’t worry about your size, often tools are calibrated differently so while you may know your size it may not mesh with my tools and given the cost and time involved it’s better to be safe then sorry.
Legally all gold rings require hallmarking, also I’m sure you would like them hallmarked anyway. So please allow up to four weeks for gold orders as they have to be sent to the Assay Office. It may be quicker but I’m erring on the side of caution just in case. My hallmarking is done by the Birmingham Assay Office.
