Wishbone Wedding Ring

A stunning wishbone shaped wedding ring in sterling silver, gold or platinum.  The ring can feature any of my botanical patterns or simply be plain and shiny, you choose!

I’ve been asked about wishbone rings for ages and finally I have figured out how to put my leaf patterns on one so now you can choose from Ash, Beech, Cedar, Fern, Horse Chestnut, Grape or Oak leaves or we can leave it plain and polished.

Traditionally these rings are shaped this way to fit around an existing ring with a stone. As each ring is made by hand we can fit the ring around an existing ring no matter how big or small the stone is. So if you are ordering please send me the measurement of how much the stone sticks out from your existing band and a photo would be really useful sarahjane@fragmentdesigns.com

The inside of he ring is curved with the outside flat/straight to sit nicely next to my other botanical rings. The ring photographed and this listing is 2.3mm tall, but again these rings are made to order so if you want a different size please just ask.

Each ring is made by hand by me in my studio in Caerphilly Wales. Given the size of these rings legally all gold rings require hallmarking, and most silver, also I’m sure you would like them hallmarked anyway.  My hallmarking is done by the Birmingham Assay Office. This means please allow up to 3 weeks for the rings to be ready.

Silver and most gold rings will be made entirely by hand, however platinum and 18ct rose gold will be made in silver and then cast into the final metal as they are just temperamental metals and it works much better! This does mean please allow 6-8 weeks for platinum and 18ct rose gold.
