Went today to @cardiffnationalmuseum with the kids for a @homeeducationwales trip, we left 5 hours later when they threw us out at closing time! Had the best day! This was the wonderful mineralogy gallery!

Had my first visit to @healthyhighclub last night

Had my first visit to @healthyhighclub last night with a friend. Absolutely fab! The sauna was soooooo nice! The cold baths were sooooo cold and bracing! I managed 6mins total over 3 goes, we were aiming for 11 and my friend managed it but the lovely lady helping us out made me feel great about my 6mins rather than disappointed about the 11! I'll try again in a week or so cause we totally paid for a block of sessions before we left cause it was so good! Really fab way to spend an evening and my dodgy shoulder feels better today then it has in ages! Crawling distance from my house too which is nice!

I've got boobs on the bench! .....that sentence totally makes me wince! I love making these little earrings, I made them as silver boobies to mark 6months breastfeeding with my first, one of the hardest and best things I've ever done. Those first 6 weeks I think I needed a medal for thankfully by 6 months in it was waaaay easier then sterilising bottles or remembering to bring formula when we went anywhere.... If I went to the park without my boobs I think I'd have bigger problems then a hungry baby!

Anywho, breastfeeding is great! And boob earrings are fun and yep you are totally allowed to just buy a pair cause you like boobs!

Well I finished 2024 with 861 hours outside, that's not bad! December kinda didn't happen as you can see mostly due to injuring my foot and also the nasty weather! Got 2 hours outside today though so we're started on 2025! I've done the challenge for 3 years now and I think it's really worthwhile trying, I had no idea how hard it would be, it really makes you think! My first year I got 700, ....I spent a half hour on new years eve walking around my mother in laws garden to get to 700! 2023 I think it was 540, so this was my best so far. Hopefully not pregnant or with a baby and with Naoise a little walking machine now, we can finally hit 1000 this year! Anyone else joining in?
